Terms & Conditions

These Terms constitute the agreement between you ("User," "Your," or "You") and Finzoomers Services Private Limited ("INDmoney"/"we"/"us"/"our"). This document governs the access and utilization of Credit Card Bill Payment Services ("Services") and Rewards offered by Finzoomers Services Private Limited on INDmoney Platform. By availing the Services, you consent that you have read, understood and agree to abide by INDmoney(s) General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the conditions as detailed hereinunder.

PART A: Credit Card Bill Payment

  1. INDmoney Platform is merely acting as a technology facilitator for enabling you to make your credit card bill payments and/or add money to your credit cards. The Services are offered / powered in collaboration with authorized third-party service providers (as defined below).
  2. User Responsibilities:
    1. You are required to furnish accurate and correct information for all transactions carried out through the Platform.
    2. You shall solely be responsible to ensure that all information(s) provided while using the INDmoney Platform, including the utilization of our Services are complete, true and correct. In order to avail the Services, you’ll be required to furnish certain information’s which inter-alia includes (i) credit card details for which Services are being availed; (ii) the particulars of the payment instrument used for the transaction; and (iii) the payment amounts and instructions. The accuracy and completeness of the said information is guaranteed by You, without any obligation on INDmoney on verification or validation. For avoidance of doubt it is explicitly clarified, that INDmoney shall solely be acting on the information instructions furnished by You at the time of availing the Services, and You shall alone be responsible and accountable for the resultant transaction including all associated charges, risks, penalties, claims and other issues arising out of or in relation to the information submitted by You.
    3. The estimated time for crediting a transaction may vary from bank to bank. The transaction settlement may typically take forty-eight (48) to seventy- two (72) working hours under normal circumstances. However, under any prevailing exigent circumstances, the transaction settlement process may take longer. INDmoney will take reasonable efforts to minimize the transaction settlement timelines, however, INDmoney makes no warranty, assurance or representation in this regard, and shall not be held responsible for delayed or non-settlement of transaction. We strongly recommend you to contact your bank regarding transaction timelines. If a delay in transaction settlement results in excess charges or late fees towards credit payment, you must contact Your bank. INDmoney will not be responsible for any late fees or charges or penalties imposed by bank to You under any circumstances, whatsoever.
    4. In the event that the amount is debited from User’s bank account or payment instrument but not credited towards the credit-card repayment within 72 (seventy-two) working hours of completing the transaction, User shall immediately notify INDmoney customer support. This notification can be conveyed by reaching out in writing to support@indmoney.com. Such an incident will be lodged and investigated, and if it is found that the payment was indeed charged to the User's payment instrument without delivery of the payment, subject to the User providing correct information, the money will be refunded to the source account within twenty-five (25) working days, from the date of receipt of the User's query. However, INDmoney disclaims any and all liability, relating to delay in refunds, in the event of any error arising from a failure in the applicable bank, card network, or any other intermediary service provider's systems or networks.
    5. The Credit Cards for which You intend to avail these Services, You hereby represent and assure that, You have complete authority or are otherwise legally entitled to use such Credit Cards and as such you assume full responsibility for all transactions conducted through the said Credit Card(s) including payments proceeds by using these Services.
    6. For purpose of availing the Services, You shall be required to tokenize the intended credit card in accordance with the extant regulatory guidelines. Thus, by availing these Services, You agree to tokenize the card details for future payments on the INDmoney Platform.
    7. You are exclusively liable for any consequences arising from the use of the Services, including any fees, interest, or penalties incurred. You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing financial transactions carried out on the INDmoney Platform.
    8. On INDmoney Platform, You may avail tracking services, which enables You to view and track your credit card bills. However, these tracking services are distinct and separate from the Services contemplated herein. Please note, that by offering tracking services INDmoney Platform nowhere acts as bill generator, and/or otherwise be constructed as verification of your credit card bills. We strongly encourage our Users to validate all bills (including that of credit cards) before making any payments thereof. We do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data received by You through the credit card tracking facility provided by us.
    9. You recognize the significance of timely credit card bill payments. It’s important to note that any delay in settling your credit card balance, including transaction processing delays, may result in additional charges imposed by the bank, such as late payment fees, interest, penalties and such other rights that bank may have under its card issuance agreement. Furthermore, such delays could be reported to credit bureaus, adversely affecting your credit score. The Users are advised to keep in mind the transaction settlement timelines, any and all claims, issues, charges or other coercive action taken by bank due to non-payment or delayed payment or delayed settlement of transactions shall be at the sole risk, cost and responsibility of the User alone. INDmoney shall not be held responsible, liable or accountable for any claims, proceedings, or actions initiated by bank due to non-payment or delayed payment or delayed settlement of transactions arising due to any reasons whatsoever.
  3. You hereby agree, understand, and accept that:
    1. By offering these Services, we are merely acting as technology facilitator for the transactions and as such the transactions are carried out by Third-Party Service Providers on the basis of your instructions. We partner with various banks, payment system providers, and credit card issuing banks (“Issuing Bank”), technology service providers (collectively referred to as "Third-Party Service Providers"), to enable secure online payments. Your payment instructions are directly handled by your issuing bank and card associations, and we do not play a role in this process.
    2. The Services can be availed for credit cards issued and valid in India alone. Please note, that Services may or may not be available for all types of credit cards or on all credit card networks operating in India.
    3. You understand and acknowledge that our role is restricted to facilitating your payment instructions and providing other value-added services.
    4. You agree and acknowledge that we are strictly a facilitator and will never be a party to or exert control over any transactions with Third-Party Service Providers or those related to the Credit Card Bill. We are not a direct party (in any capacity) to any transaction and arrangement between you and such Third-Party Service Providers. We do not assume any payment obligation in connection with the Services, whether towards You or any Third-Party Service Providers.
    5. If a payment has been inadvertently credited to your credit card account or bank account, we retain the right to initiate a refund through your bank automatically. By using our services, you hereby consent to such refund being initiated either by us or by Your bank, at our request, to rectify any erroneous transaction, credit, or double payment made to your account. Upon the processing of such a transaction, we will promptly inform You of the action taken to refund the payment.
    6. It is Your responsibility to ensure the full payment of the due amount every month before the due date. Failure to do so may result in additional interest or penalties for which we shall not be held liable. You are accountable for the payment of your credit card bills before or by the due date. Failure to meet this obligation may incur extra interest on the outstanding amount.
    7. In case a credit card bill payment fails due to cancellation, chargeback, refund, or transaction reversal either initiated by the User, Company, or Third-Party Service Providers, the Rewards granted by the Company will also be reversed. Refunded amounts (excluding cashback) will be credited to the original source of funds used for payment. The Company retains the right to withdraw Rewards from a user's account, either before or after redemption, upon identification of suspicious or fraudulent activities, without prior notice or intimation.
    8. From time to time, We, alone or in collaboration with our marketing partners, might present limited-time offers. These offers can grant You chances to earn Rewards, including cashback, when you make payments for your credit card bills. We reserve the right to periodically introduce, remove, or alter the conditions of these offers. It's important to understand that any cashback amounts mentioned or shown on the INDmoney Platform or in promotional materials serve as estimates, and the actual cashback You receive might be the same as or lower than the advertised sum. Any display or promotion of cashback on the Platform is an invitation for users to potentially receive cashback 'up to' a specified amount, irrespective of whether the term ‘up to’ is explicitly stated in the advertisement, display, or promotional content across various channels.
    9. Without prejudice to anything stated in these Terms, you agree that we: (a) act solely as a facilitator for services payments, i.e., payments between You and the Third-Party Service Providers for the services You avail from them. (b) are not a party to services payments. (c) are not a payment system provider concerning our role under these Terms. (d) are not accountable to You in any manner regarding the processing and settlement of payments related to the Services, as we solely facilitate the services payment. (e) are not and will not be responsible for any aspect of the services payments including delayed and failed transactions. (f) are not a party to and will not be responsible for any disputes, chargebacks, or reversals arising from the services payments, as we are solely facilitating the services payment. (g) are not responsible for any of your actions, including non-completion of a services payment or non-payment of any Credit Card Bill.

PART B: Rewards

  1. “Reward(s)” shall mean any cashback earned by a User in relation to (A) Credit Card Tracking (“Tracking Reward”); and/or (B) Credit Card Bill Payments (“Bill Payment Reward”). These Rewards are organized and administered solely by INDmoney, and without reference to its holding company or holding company’s subsidiary companies
  2. Tracking Rewards
    1. The User who successfully enables credit card bill tracking by connecting their gmail account (“Email Connect”) on the Platform, may become eligible for Tracking Reward of upto Rs. 1000. The Rewards pertaining to Email Connect is a one-time Reward only i.e., the Reward may be granted only for a unique email address that has not previously been utilized for credit card bill tracking by You or any other User on the Platform.
    2. The successful Email connect means where Platform is able to access your credit card statement. If the Platform is unable to access your credit card statement then the User will not be eligible for Tracking Reward.
    3. Users who have previously enabled or are currently availing the credit card bill tracking facility, or are re-activating or re-enabling such facility, shall not be eligible for the Tracking Reward.
    4. The determination of whether an email address qualifies as a unique, first-time email address for the purposes of the one-time Reward shall rest solely with INDmoney, whose decision in this regard shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon the User.
  3. Bill Payment Reward
    1. The User who makes his/her credit card bill payments through the INDmoney Platform may earn Bill Payment Reward(s) up to INR 1,000 per transaction per card.
    2. The percentage of Bill Payment Reward(s) is contingent on the amount paid towards the Credit Card bill by the User. INDmoney at its sole discretion may decide a minimum bill payment amount for the purposes of being eligible for the Bill Payment Rewards.
    3. Upon successful completion of transaction, the User will become eligible for the Bill Payment Rewards.

PART C: Other terms

  1. The Rewards will be offered in the form of a scratch card. User/s need to claim the Reward(s) within sixty (60) days of receiving the scratch card. Unclaimed Reward(s) after this period will be forfeited / cancelled.
  2. The Reward(s) will be credited by INDmoney within T+2 working days post transaction settlement with the credit card issuing bank. All accumulated Rewards will be visible under the Credit Card Rewards Section on the INDmoney Platform.
  3. This Reward(s) value can be utilized by the user, while availing the Services for their subsequent Credit Card bill payments, however, User(s) cannot settle their Credit Card bill only by using accumulated Reward(s) amount. A minimum payment of INR 10 or such amounts as mandated by payment service provider / card network / INDmoney will be required to be done by the User from his or her bank account.
  4. Rewards accumulated by the User, shall be non-transferable and may only be redeemed towards payment of the User's credit card bills through the Services on the Platform. The User shall not be entitled to exchange, withdraw or utilize such Rewards for any other purpose, product or service whatsoever. Any attempt to transfer or utilize Rewards in contravention of this clause shall result in the immediate forfeiture of such Rewards without notice.
  5. The Company reserves the sole discretion to amend, cancel, change, alter, add, discontinue, or withdraw these Reward(s) or any part thereof, including the eligibility criteria, without prior notice. In such instances, the Company retains the absolute right to forfeit or retract the Rewards granted by the Company and accumulated by You. For any disputes or discrepancies, INDmoney’s decision shall be final and binding. These rewards may have geographic or time limitations. TDS (and other taxes) may apply as per applicable tax laws.
  6. The Users acknowledge that the disbursal of Rewards is ex-gratia and subject to sole discretion of INDmoney. Users have no right or claim over the nature, quantum or timing of Reward disbursement. No vested rights shall accrue merely by virtue of the User's activities on the Platform or eligibility for the Services and Rewards.
  7. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information on the INDmoney Platform, including email accounts and credit card details. INDmoney shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the User's failure to maintain accurate information.
  8. The Company has not designated anyone as an agent for Rewards redemption. Users are cautioned against fraudulent activities and advised to avoid unauthorized links or payments.
  9. The User undertakes and covenants not to engage in any activity, practice or conduct that may be construed, in INDmoney's sole determination, as an attempt to manipulate, circumvent or abuse the Rewards program or the Terms governing the same. Such activities, practices or conduct shall include, without limitation, the creation or use of multiple email addresses, provision of inaccurate or misleading information, unauthorized access or hacking attempts, and any other act or omission that may compromise the integrity or security of the Rewards program or the INDmoney Platform. The User accounts engaging in or who attempts to engage in such prohibited activities or misutilization of the INDmoney Platform, shall lead to account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated Rewards without any notice and report such suspicious or potentially unlawful activities related to the Services or Rewards to the appropriate authorities.
  10. The accrual, disbursement and redemption of Rewards shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time. INDmoney reserves the absolute and unfettered right to modify, amend, suspend or terminate the Rewards program at any time without prior notice or assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  11. Upon deletion of Your account from the INDmoney Platform, all accumulated Rewards will be forfeited or retracted by the Company without any further notice or compensation to You. It is Your responsibility to redeem such Rewards before the deletion of Your account from the INDmoney Platform. In case of a delay in Rewards beyond the committed period, User/s can contact the Company for review and further processing if eligible as per the Terms.
  12. All the queries/complaints regarding Rewards shall be directed to the Company.
  13. Expiry: The Rewards program expires on 31-Dec-2024 (11:59 PM) (“Expiry Date”). Any and all unutilized rewards post the Expiry Date shall stand expired immediately, without any liability to Finzoomers. The users must utilize these Rewards on or before the Expiry Date, failing which users shall not be eligible to claim / utilize the Rewards.

DISCLAIMER

INDMONEY PLATFORM FUNCTIONS EXCLUSIVELY AS A FACILITATOR FOR CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENTS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL SERVICES. WE DO NOT RETAIN ANY FUNDS OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON BEHALF OF THE USER. ADDITIONALLY, WE DO NOT FUNCTION AS A TRUSTEE OR IN A FIDUCIARY CAPACITY IN RELATION TO ANY SERVICES PAYMENT TRANSACTION.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT YOU BEAR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. NEITHER INDMONEY NOR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) THE SERVICES MEETING YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICES BEING UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE; OR (III) ANY PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS OBTAINED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES MEETING YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE STATED OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OR TO PROCESS OR SETTLE ANY PAYMENTS MADE BY YOU, IF THE DELAY OR FAILURE ARISES FROM ANY CAUSE WHICH IS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL MAY INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) NATURAL DISASTERS, BANK STRIKES, POWER FAILURE, INTERNET FAILURES, SYSTEMS FAILURES LIKE COMPUTER LINES BREAKDOWN DUE TO AN UNFORESEEABLE CAUSE OR ANY INTERFERENCE OR DISRUPTION.

YOU IRREVOCABLY AGREE AND AUTHORIZE US TO UTILIZE YOUR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DATA RELATED TO TRACKING YOUR CREDIT CARDS AND/OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION GENERATED UNDER THESE SERVICES FOR ANALYTICS PURPOSES, CROSS-SELLING, AND/OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE CONSIDERED SUITABLE BY US TO FACILITATE YOU WITH VARIOUS SERVICES ON THE INDMONEY PLATFORM. THE COMPANY MAY UTILIZE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CONSENT OR COMPENSATION TO YOU.

SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION IN RELATION THERETO ARE DISPLAYED AND PROVIDED ON THE INDMONEY PLATFORM ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

THE SERVICES ARE STRICTLY INTENDED FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. YOU SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY, OR OTHERWISE ATTEMPT TO USE THE SERVICES OFFERED HEREUNDER FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, UNLAWFUL OR UNETHICAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING MONEY LAUNDERING, TERRORIST FINANCING, OR ILLICIT PAYMENTS.

INDMONEY PLATFORM DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE OFFERING OR AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF SERVICES ON THE INDMONEY PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE FOREGOING, INDMONEY OR ITS GROUP ENTITIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR DEFICIENCIES.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED UNDER THESE TERMS, WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ASPECT OF SERVICES PAYMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL INCUR NO LIABILITY, IF WE ARE UNABLE TO EFFECT THE PAYMENTS TOWARDS CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT OWING TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES: (A) IF THE PAYMENT INSTRUCTION ISSUED BY YOU IS INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, INVALID, OR DELAYED; (B) IF THE PAYMENT ACCOUNT HAS INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR LIMITS TO COVER FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE PAYMENT INSTRUCTION OR THE BILL; (C) IF THE FUNDS AVAILABLE IN THE PAYMENT ACCOUNT ARE UNDER ANY ENCUMBRANCE OR CHARGE; AND (D) IF PAYMENT IS NOT PROCESSED BY THE THIRD- PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER OR ANY CARD ASSOCIATIONS; AND (E) FOR PAYMENT FOR AN INCORRECT CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT INPUT BY YOU / USING YOUR ACCOUNT.

INDmoney Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services and Rewards at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. You will be subject to these Terms in force at the time you make a payment related to the Services on the INDmoney Platform. These Terms may be modified at any time, and the updated Terms will be posted on the INDmoney Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
