Bill Pay Rewards Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“T&C”) are specific to your (“Your” or “You” or “User”) access and participation in rewards program on the INDmoney mobile App (“Platform”) offered by Finzoom Investment Advisors Private Limited (“Finzoom” or “INDmoney” or “Company” or “Us” or “We”) from time to time (“Rewards Program”).

By participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as INDmoney's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These Terms are in addition to and do not supersede or replace any other agreements between You and INDmoney, including those pertaining to the use of the Platform or any other services offered thereon.

All existing Users of the INDmoney Platform who make payments using the Bill Payment Services in compliance with the Bill Payment Terms & Conditions shall be eligible to participate in the Rewards Program. However, INDmoney reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine / modify eligibility for the Rewards Program and may, without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons, exclude any User from participating in the Rewards Program.

    1. The Rewards Program may consist of various types of rewards, including but not limited to Reward/Scratch Card, Cashbacks, and Reward Points ("Reward Points"). These Rewards are organized and administered solely by the Company, without reference to any of its subsidiary holding company.
    2. Reward Points earned through the Rewards Program will be reflected in the Rewards section of the INDmoney Platform or any other communication medium as determined by the Company from time to time.
    3. Earning Reward Points :
      1. Users can earn Reward Points based on their spending using the INDpay feature on the INDmoney Platform.
      2. Company’s computation of Reward Points shall be final, conclusive and binding on You and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.
      3. This section will reflect the Reward Points earned in the current month, based on transactions included in that month’s statement. The Company reserves the right to retrospectively adjust Reward Points in case of incorrect crediting or any other necessary corrections.
    4. The Company reserves the right to grant, modify, or withdraw rewards at its discretion, based on its internal policies.
    5. The Company reserves the right to withdraw rewards from a User’s account, either before or after redemption, if any suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected, without prior notice or intimation.
    6. Once a reward is issued, the User must claim it within thirty (30) calendar days (e.g., by scratching a reward card). Any rewards that remain unclaimed beyond this period will be forfeited or cancelled. In cases where the Company grants INR 0 cashback, the User will not be able see such reward card.
    7. The issuance of rewards may or may not be guaranteed in any manner, and the Company reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke rewards at its discretion. You agree that any non- compliance with these Terms and or any other Company policy will result into cancellation, revocation and/or clawback of earned rewards.
    8. If a User wins a reward, the reward amount shall be credited in three (03) working days.
    9. The Company may use a User's personal information for promotional purposes without requiring additional consent or providing compensation.
    10. The INDmoney Reward Card will be valid for a period of 1 (one) year and is subject to a maximum limit of INR 12,500 per financial year, or as determined by the Company. INDmoney reserves the right to extend the validity period of the Reward Card at its sole discretion.
    11. The Company reserves the right to impose additional amount limits on the usage of rewards within the overall applicable limits.
    12. The Company reserves the right to grant offers and related benefits at its discretion, in accordance with its internal policies, which may be updated from time to time.
    13. Reward Points may not be credited, may be reversed, or may not be redeemable under the following circumstances:
      1. The transaction for which Reward Points were earned is refunded or cancelled by the User.
      2. An incorrect payment method was used at checkout.
      3. The transaction is found to be invalid or ineligible for rewards.
      4. A partial or full refund or reimbursement is received for a transaction where Reward Points were credited.
      5. Chargeback request is raised by the User
      6. Any other scenario deemed appropriate by the Company at its sole discretion.
    14. For the purpose of reward redemption, the value of 1 Reward Point is equivalent to 1 Rupee. The Company reserves the absolute right to modify the conversion value at any time, with or without prior notice to the User. Please bear in mind that Reward Points do not amount to legal tender in any form or manner.
    15. For Credit Card and other eligible bill payments, the Reward(s) will be credited by the Company within T+2 working days post transaction settlement with the credit card issuing bank. All accumulated Rewards will be visible under the Rewards Section on the INDmoney Platform.
    16. Any tax liability, government levies, duties, or additional charges arising from the accrual or redemption of rewards shall be the sole responsibility of the User. The Company shall not be liable for any tax implications resulting from participation in the Rewards Program, and Users are advised to seek independent tax consultation before engaging in the Reward Program.
    17. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program or any offers at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
    18. All redeemable Reward Points will automatically expire after 365 days from the date of claim, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
    19. The User understands and acknowledges that the Rewards can only be utilised for future bill payments on the INDmoney App. The Company reserves the right to decide the eligible transactions on which you may earn Reward Points. We may, without prior notice, modify or discontinue the eligible transactions.
    20. Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Reward Program or any part thereof including the T&C and value of Reward Points at their sole discretion at any time during its validity or subsistence as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reason beyond their control the same shall be binding on you. The Company reserves all the rights to offer any such Reward or amount/coupon/voucher/any other prize equivalent to the cost of the Reward Program and no queries/complaints whatsoever in this regard will be entertained by the Company.
    21. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any User or nullify/cancel such User’s Reward Points already earned or credited, who does not meet the Rewards Program requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the Reward Program or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations. Company reserves the right to deactivate or delete the User account, all related information on it, and forfeit all Reward Points from any User, in the event of misuse of the offer, fraud or suspicious transaction/activity on the INDmoney App.
    22. The User unequivocally agrees to not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a User incurs, in normal course of availing the Rewards.
    23. Finzoom also reserves the right to discontinue the Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by Finzoom to continue the Rewards. Further, Finzoom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of Reward Points.
    24. This Reward(s) value can be utilized by the User, while availing the Services for their subsequent bill payments, however, User(s) cannot settle their bills only by using accumulated Reward(s) amount. A minimum payment of INR 100 for credit card bill payment and INR 1 for other bill payments or such amounts as mandated by payment service provider / card network / INDmoney will be required to be done by the User from his or her bank account.
    25. Rewards accumulated by the User, shall be non-transferable and may only be redeemed towards payment of the User's bills through the services on the Platform. The User shall not be entitled to exchange, withdraw or utilize such Rewards for any other purpose, product or service whatsoever. Any attempt to transfer or utilize Rewards in contravention of this clause shall result in the immediate forfeiture of such Rewards without notice.
    26. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information on the INDmoney Platform, including email accounts and credit card details. INDmoney shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the User's failure to maintain accurate information.
    27. The Company has not designated anyone as an agent for Rewards redemption. Users are cautioned against fraudulent activities and advised to avoid unauthorized links or payments.
    28. The User undertakes and covenants not to engage in any activity, practice or conduct that may be construed, in INDmoney's sole determination, as an attempt to manipulate, circumvent or abuse the Rewards program or the Terms governing the same. Such activities, practices or conduct shall include, without limitation, the creation or use of multiple email addresses, provision of inaccurate or misleading information, unauthorized access or hacking attempts, and any other act or omission that may compromise the integrity or security of the Rewards program or the INDmoney Platform. The User accounts engaging in or who attempts to engage in such prohibited activities or misutilization of the INDmoney Platform, shall lead to account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated Rewards without any notice and report such suspicious or potentially unlawful activities related to the services or Rewards to the appropriate authorities.
    29. These T&C is subject to guidelines/ directions issued by any applicable competent/regulatory authority from time to time. User acknowledges and agrees that the residents (permanent/temporary) of any state/union territory within the territory of India where such claiming or participating in such Reward Program is prohibited by applicable law, shall not be entitled to participate in the Reward Program.
    30. The Rewards Program may not be uninterrupted or error-free and in this respect, the User waives all rights to bring any claim against the Company and or any of its group companies.
    31. Reward Points are subject to change, modification, or devaluation at the sole discretion of the Company. Such changes may include modifications in the accrual, earning, or redemption process, revision of expiration timelines, and alterations to redemption limits, including restrictions on redeeming Reward Points in a single transaction. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions to stay informed about any updates.
    32. The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify, alter, replace, or withdraw the Rewards Program, either wholly or partially, at its sole discretion. Such modifications may include changes to these Terms and Conditions, reward structures, eligibility criteria, redemption mechanisms, or any other aspect of the program. These changes may be implemented without prior notice and may impact previously accumulated Reward Points. Any such modifications will be communicated through acceptable means as deemed appropriate by the Company.
    33. The User acknowledges and agrees that any grievances, queries, or complaints related to the redemption of Reward Points shall be directed to the Company. The User may contact INDmoney’s support team at indpaysupport@indmoney.com for assistance.
    34. Upon deletion of Your account from the INDmoney Platform, all claimed or unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited or retracted by the Company without any further notice or compensation to You. It is Your responsibility to redeem such Rewards before the deletion of Your account from the INDmoney Platform. In case of a delay in Rewards beyond the committed period, User/s can contact the Company for review and further processing if eligible as per the Terms.
    35. In case of a User’s death, all claimed, unclaimed and unredeemed Reward Points shall stand expired.
    36. The Company reserves the right to run multiple rewards programs on the INDmoney App. You acknowledge and agree that you may or may not be eligible for all such programs. Each rewards program may have its own independent eligibility criteria and terms.
    37. You acknowledge that there might be exceptions to the usage of your accumulated Reward Points such as but not limited to usage of such Reward Points for payment to the billers on INDmoney App.
    38. You agree and acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee rewards for every transaction undertaken through INDmoney UPI or Bill Payment Services. The eligibility to earn rewards may be subject to additional conditions as per applicable Reward Program eg: minimum number of transactions, a minimum transaction spend value, and/or any other criteria as determined at the Company’s discretion. Rewards on INDmoney UPI and Bill Payment Services transactions may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
    39. INDmoney Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services and Rewards at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
    40. Neither the Company, nor any of its billers and/or third-party service providers are liable to the users or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, special or punitive damages, arising from or in relation to the Rewards Program even if such user/party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability (if any) of the Company, or of its billers and/or third-party service providers for any and all direct claims asserted by users or any third party in relation to the rewards under the Rewards Program, will be limited to the monetary value of that reward (in INR) that the user receives from the Company.
    41. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. You will be subject to these Terms in force at the time you make a payment related to the Services on the INDmoney Platform. These Terms may be modified at any time, and the updated Terms will be posted on the INDmoney Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
