UPI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Unified Payment Interface (“UPI”), a payment service platform (“Platform”) developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (“NPCI”). The application software (“INDmoney App”), which connects to the Platform, is offered by INDmoney Tech Private Limited (Formerly known as Finzoom Investment Advisors Private Limited) (“Finzoom / INDmoney”). The UPI services (“Services”) are provided under the brand “INDpay” and/or “INDmoney” through designated Payment Service Provider Banks (“PSP”). INDmoney is authorized by NPCI as a Third Party Application Provider (“TPAP”) to facilitate payments through sponsor PSP Bank namely HDFC Bank. INDmoney is a service provider in UPI payment ecosystem and participates in UPI through PSP Bank.

By proceeding to use the UPI Services, you (“your” / “User”) consent to be bound by PSP Bank T&C and these terms and conditions (“UPI Terms”), in addition to the INDmoney Platform Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) and Privacy Policy both of which are incorporated herein by this reference. User hereby agree that in case of any conflict between the General Terms and these UPI Terms, the UPI Terms shall prevail in respect of the UPI Services.

We reserve the right, in our discretion, to make changes or modifications to these UPI Terms at any time and for any reason. It is User’s responsibility to periodically review these UPI Terms to stay informed of updates, and User waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. User will be subject to and deemed to have been made aware of and accepted, the changes in any revised UPI Terms by User’s continued use of the UPI Services after the date such revised terms are posted.

DEFINITIONS

“Bank Account”: shall mean the User’s bank account which has been linked with UPI for the purpose of debiting/crediting the payment transactions made through UPI.

“INDmoney App”: shall mean the means the mobile application provided by Finzoom Investment Advisors Private Limited, offering services to users and “INDmoney Platform” means the website www.indmoney.com, alongwith websites linked to the www.indmoney.com and similar platforms owned and/or operated by Finzoom including INDmoney App, devices, notifications, chatbots, or any other communication mediums.

"NPCI" shall mean National Payments Corporation of India. NPCI is an authorized entity by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). NPCI is an authorized payment system operator by RBI. NPCI owns and operates the UPI payment system.

"PSP Bank" shall mean a banking company authorized to act as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) under the UPI framework. PSP engages the TPAP to provide UPI services to the end- user customers.

"Recipient" refers to any user, merchant, biller, or third party that receives a payment from a User / customer.

"TPAP" shall mean Third Party Application Provider that provides the UPI compliant app to the end-user customers to facilitate UPI based payment transactions which is Finzoom in this case.

"UPI" shall mean Unified Payments Interface, the service offered by NPCI in collaboration with its member banks.

"UPI ID" shall mean the Virtual Payment Address (“VPA”) created for User by the PSP Bank at the time of registration on the INDmoney App that can be linked to User’s Bank Account and which can be used by User for the purpose of making transactions as part of the UPI Services provided on the INDmoney Platform.

"UPI Services" shall mean the features and services provided by Finzoom to its Users as part of the UPI platform.

The capitalised words used in these UPI Terms but not specifically defined, will have the respective meanings assigned to them under the UPI Framework.

UPI SERVICES

The UPI Services may be used to pay at merchant locations using QR code through INDmoney App, on compatible sales channels of other entities, for person-to-person payments with other Users and for making payment for various services available on INDmoney Platform as permitted by the regulators and PSP Bank.

ELIGIBILITY

You may use our Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws and if you are permitted to use it as per the PSP Bank terms and conditions. If we discover that any person using our Services is not capable of entering into a legally binding contract, we may immediately suspend/terminate your access to UPI Services on INDmoney App.

REGISTRATION

INDmoney UPI services is available to registered users having an active INDmoney account. In order to avail UPI services, User is required to link a bank account to the User's mobile number. Registration for UPI is a one-time process, by following the steps to link bank accounts and set up a VPA for transactions. This process adheres to the standard protocol established by NPCI and is subject to change as per PSP Bank mandate and/or NPCI guidelines. Registration includes verifying the User’s device and linking the user's bank account through mobile network access and SMS verification.

All activities under the UPI ID are considered to be done by the registered User. Users are prohibited from using the UPI Services on behalf of any other person or entity. Users are required to promptly update registration information upon any change to ensure it remains complete and accurate. INDmoney reserves the right to refuse to provide or discontinue UPI Services to any person or entity at any time and for any reason.

DATA CONSENT

The details provided by User during the UPI registration process, including personal and banking information, shall be shared and maintained at the PSP Bank's and NPCI's secure library.

By using the UPI Services, User expressly consent the INDmoney App to share in a secure manner the User data and further authorizes the PSP Bank and NPCI to store and maintain such data.

User acknowledges, agrees, and authorizes that PSP Bank, its service providers, representatives, agents, affiliates, and group entities ("Business Associates") along with credit information companies have the right to access, use, store, profile, or process User Information and any part thereof. They may share this information with any of PSP Bank's service providers for the following purposes (collectively, "Purposes"), and undertake any related activities, steps or communications, either directly or through service providers or Business Associates, to fulfil these Purposes:

  1. Assessing, examining, determining, and conveying your eligibility, suitability, or creditworthiness periodically, and profiling you for any PSP Bank or Business Associates products or services, including credit facilities, credit cards, prepaid cards, loans, other credit transactions or products or services, insurance products, investments, wealth products, credit assessment, financial products, advisory services, accounts, deposits, transfers, referrals, etc. (collectively, "Interested Products").
  2. Informing, displaying, cross -selling or communicating to you about the availability or eligibility of any Interested Products through PSP Bank's applications, webpages, platforms, the INDmoney App, other PSP Bank channels, the INDmoney App or Business Associate, or via notifications, emails, or other means, whether online or offline. This also includes checking or enquiring if you want to apply for or avail any of the Interested Products or offers.
  3. Detecting or preventing fraud, malpractices, or discrepancies in documents or information.
  4. Profiling you for various Interested Products, either generally or specifically.
  5. Conducting analysis, credit scoring, and marketing or making offers of various financial or other products/services, providing opportunities to acquire, insure, invest, save, or undertake financial or other transactions for any incidental or connected purposes as mentioned above.

It is important to understand that, INDmoney is operating as a Third Party Application Provider (TPAP) sanctioned by the NPCI to facilitate UPI Payment Transactions through partnerships with PSP Bank(s), INDmoney abides by the tripartite agreements with NPCI and the sponsor PSP Bank. The User shall be subject to that PSP bank's terms and conditions as detailed on their website. Further, the use and safeguarding of data, particularly by PSP Bank during or following UPI Transactions, are guided by PSP Bank’s privacy policies, as detailed on their website.

User agrees that INDmoney may use the UPI transaction data for the purposes of cross- selling, promotions, offers, value-added services, increasing transactions, providing better user experience or such other purposes as approved by NPCI from time to time.

TRANSACTIONS

INDmoney UPI can be used for person-to-person money transfers or to purchase goods and services, both online and offline, from any merchant. User need to enter UPI PIN on his / her mobile to authorize every INDmoney UPI transactions / payments. User need to ensure that User is connected to the internet at the time of making the UPI transaction. The availability of INDmoney UPI for transactions across all platforms is subject to INDmoney’s discretion and regulatory guidelines.

INDmoney UPI is one of the payment options available with User on various merchant platforms, and INDmoney assumes no responsibility and liability for the products and/or services procured using INDmoney UPI services and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed by INDmoney.

UPI transactions are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits that may be set by different parties involved including, INDmoney, User, Issuer Bank, the PSP Bank or as may be prescribed under the provisions of applicable law. INDmoney, PSP Bank or other payment participants may also reject / suspend UPI transactions (in whole or in part) based on their respective policies and assessment.

Your transaction records can be reviewed within the INDmoney App – “transaction history” section. You are required to review all transactions and in case You identify any error or unauthorised transaction, You are requested to notify this as per the notified Dispute Redressal Mechanism.

CHARGES

INDmoney does not levy fees for creating an account. However, INDmoney reserves the right to amend its fee policy, subject to applicable laws. INDmoney may introduce a fee for new services or amend / introduce fee on the existing services. Any fee changes will be displayed on the INDmoney Platform, and they'll come into effect from the time the fees are made available on the INDmoney Platform. Please note, the Bank may levy a transactional fee for UPI transfers, please check with User’s Bank for further details.

TRANSACTION MONITORING

INDmoney, PSP Bank or NPCI may review User’s activity and transactions using the UPI ID for identifying high risk transactions. INDmoney may also engage third party service providers to assist us in these efforts. The transaction(s) may be rejected by PSP Bank or INDmoney due to reasons not limited to risk management, suspicion of fraudulent / unlawful transactions and/or transactions in violation of applicable laws or the UPI Terms or policies of merchants, selling of prohibited items, use of compromised or blacklisted cards or UPI accounts, chargebacks/complaints or for any other reasons deemed fit by INDmoney. INDmoney may further investigate and possibly suspend or terminate User’s INDmoney account, reporting the transaction and User’s account details to legal enforcement agencies or other regulatory authorities as deemed necessary or as required by law.

RUPAY CREDIT CARD ON UPI

User have the option to link their RuPay credit card to UPI services as an alternative payment method for transactions with merchants, similar to linking Bank Account on the INDmoney App. To link RuPay credit card, select the RuPay credit card option as available under the UPI setting section, and specify the relevant Bank where the User holds the credit card account. User will need to authenticate by providing the last six digits of RuPay credit card along with its validity details (in MMYY format) to create a UPI Pin (MPIN) through the Issuing bank. The MPIN will be utilized for transaction authentication whenever User opt for credit account as a payment method on the INDmoney App for merchant payments. Once RuPay credit card is linked on the INDmoney App, User can select this card for making payments to merchants by scanning UPI QR codes and verifying transactions using MPIN. It's important to note that this feature is solely applicable to payments to merchants who accept RuPay credit card payments via UPI. Transactions such as cash withdrawals at merchants, Peer to Peer Payments (P2PM), and card-to-card payments are not supported through this feature.

UPI AUTOPAY

User also have the option to activate a recurring e-mandate using “Auto Pay” feature, on the INDmoney App. Auto Pay allows User to automate payments for recurring expenses. By utilizing UPI Services for recurring payments, User acknowledge that any failure to complete a recurring transaction due to insufficient funds in the Bank Account, especially for legally binding debts/liabilities, may empower the payee/beneficiary of such a transaction to take appropriate action against you under Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

USERS ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

While User use the UPI Services, Users are required to ensure the following:

  1. Users are solely responsible for linking User correct Bank Account.
  2. Since User mobile number is treated as the primary identifier, User mobile number needs to be updated with the bank linked to the INDmoney App in case of any changes.
  3. If User changes the mobile number registered with the INDmoney App, User will have to update the new mobile number on, the INDmoney App and re-register with the update number to avail the UPI Services. Please note the new number/updated number will be linked with the User's Bank Account.
  4. User are solely responsible to keep OTP, UPI PIN and bank account related details confidential. Sharing such information with others may lead to unauthorised usage, for which INDmoney shall not be responsible.
  5. User shall take full responsibility of the payment request that User makes and authorizes, including addition of beneficiary, typing and reviewing UPI IDs and validating intended recipients and we do not take correctness of information that User enters during payment processing, including authorization.
  6. User agree that if User provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the UPI Terms, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access to the UPI Services.
  7. User agree that INDmoney, PSP Bank or any other system participant in UPI payment ecosystem shall not be liable for any delay in the completion of the funds transfer or any loss on account of error in the execution of the funds transfer by User.
  8. User are required to ensure availability of sufficient funds in the linked bank account(s) in order to avoid transaction declines and charges if any accessed by User Issuer Bank.
  9. User acknowledge and agree that User will comply with the terms of service of PSP Bank.
  10. User are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that might apply when using UPI services on the INDmoney Platform. This includes following all relevant tax laws, such as reporting and paying taxes on payments made or income received through UPI.
  11. User will at all times adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations applicable to User use of the UPI Services. Without limiting the foregoing, User may not act as a payment service provider, intermediary, aggregator or otherwise resell the UPI Services on behalf of any third party, including without limitation the processing and transmission of funds for any third party. We may inspect User’s use of the UPI Services for any reason, including without limitation to investigate any alleged violation of these UPI Terms or any third-party complaints.
  12. User shall not use the UPI Services in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the UPI Services or access to it by other Users to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in anyway.
  13. User shall not use the UPI Services in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the UPI Services or access to it by other Users to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in anyway.
    1. For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offense or other activity that violates any applicable law;
    2. For any cause or action that is in violation of the Terms of Use of the INDmoney Platform; or
    3. To cause annoyance or inconvenience to any other person.

UPI PARTICIPANT’S ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities of NPCI

  1. NPCI owns and operates the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) platform
  2. NPCI prescribes rules, regulations, guidelines, and the respective roles, responsibilities and liabilities of the participants, with respect to UPI. This also includes transaction processing and settlement, dispute management and clearing cut-offs for settlement.
  3. NPCI approves the participation of Issuer Banks, PSP Banks, Third Party Application Providers (TPAP) and Prepaid Payment Instrument issuers (PPIs) in UPI.
  4. NPCI provides a safe, secure and efficient UPI system and network.
  5. NPCI provides online transaction routing, processing and settlement services to members participating in UPI.
  6. NPCI can, either directly or through a third party, conduct audits on UPI participants and call for data, information and records, in relation to their participation in UPI.
  7. NPCI provides the banks participating in UPI access to a system where they can download reports, raise chargebacks, update the status of UPI transactions etc.

Roles & responsibilities of PSP Bank

  1. PSP Bank is a member of UPI and connects to the UPI platform for availing UPI payment facility and providing the same to the TPAP which in turn enables the end- user customers / merchants to make and accept UPI payments.
  2. PSP Bank, either through its own app or TPAP’s app, on-boards and registers the end-user customers on UPI and links their bank accounts to their respective UPI ID.
  3. PSP Bank is responsible for authentication of the end-user customer at the time of registration of such customer, either through its own app or TPAP’s app.
  4. PSP Bank engages and on-boards the TPAPs to make the TPAP’s UPI app available to the end-user customers.
  5. PSP Bank has to ensure that TPAP and its systems are adequately secure to function on UPI platform.
  6. PSP Bank is responsible to ensure that UPI app and systems of TPAP are audited to safeguard security and integrity of the data and information of the end-user customer including UPI transaction data as well as UPI app security.
  7. PSP Bank has to store all the payments data including UPI Transaction Data collected for the purpose of facilitating UPI transactions, only in India.
  8. PSP Bank is responsible to give all UPI customers an option to choose any bank account from the list of Banks available on UPI platform for linking with the customer's UPI ID.
  9. PSP Bank is responsible to put in place a grievance redressal mechanism for resolving complaints and disputes raised by the end-user customer.

Roles & responsibilities of INDmoney (TPAP)

  1. TPAP is a service provider and participates in UPI through PSP Bank.
  2. TPAP is responsible to comply with all the requirements prescribed by PSP Bank and NPCI in relation to TPAP’s participation in UPI.
  3. TPAP is responsible to ensure that its systems are adequately secure to function on the UPI platform.
  4. TPAP is responsible to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines etc. prescribed by any statutory or regulatory authority in relation to UPI and TPAP’s participation on the UPI platform including all circulars and guidelines issued by NPCI in this regard.
  5. TPAP has to store all the payments data including UPI Transaction Data collected by TPAP for the purpose of facilitating UPI transactions, only in India.
  6. TPAP is responsible to facilitate RBI, NPCI and other agencies nominated by RBI/ NPCI, to access the data, information, systems of TPAP related to UPI and carry out audits of TPAP, as and when required by RBI and NPCI.
  7. TPAP is responsible to facilitate RBI, NPCI and other agencies nominated by RBI/ NPCI, to access the data, information, systems of TPAP related to UPI and carry out audits of TPAP, as and when required by RBI and NPCI.

DISPUTES REDRESSAL MECHANISM

INDmoney will be the first point of contact for all UPI related grievances / complaints for customers on-boarded by INDmoney for UPI services. In case the complaint / grievance remains unresolved, the next level for escalation will be the PSP Bank, followed by the bank (where User maintains the Bank Account) and NPCI in the same order. After exercising these options, User can approach the Banking Ombudsman and / or the Ombudsman for Digital Complaints, as the case may be.

Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these terms and conditions:

  1. The User can raise a complaint with respect to a UPI transaction, on the PSP Bank /INDmoney app.
  2. The User can select the relevant transaction and raise a complaint in relation thereto.
  3. The complaint can be raised for both the types of transactions i.e. fund transfer and merchant transactions.
  4. The User shall be kept communicated by INDmoney by means of updating the status of such end-user customer’s complaint on the relevant app itself.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. PSP Bank or INDmoney may, at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently suspend User access to the UPI Services, if it has reason to believe that there is suspicious or unusual activity being carried out through User UPI ID and UPI PIN. User access to UPI services may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, inactivity or violation of these UPI Terms and Conditions or other established policies.
  2. We may suspend User UPI Services and restrict User access under the following circumstances:
    1. Breach of these UPI Terms and Conditions;
    2. Unacceptable credit or fraud risk assessment;
    3. Provision of false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information (including registration details) or engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities;
    4. Security concerns regarding User use of UPI Services, including User credentials; or
    5. Suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent use of User UPI Services or payment information provided on the INDmoney Platform.
  3. In such cases we will inform User of the deactivation of User UPI Services or Credentials and the reasons for it, where possible, before the deactivation and in any event promptly thereafter, unless we determine that giving such information would compromise security concerns or is prohibited by applicable law. We will reactivate User UPI Services or Credentials, or replace it or them, as applicable, once we have resolved the reasons for deactivation. Users are required to notify us via e-mail at upisupport@indmoney.com User wish to request us to reactivate User use of the UPI Services.
  4. INDmoney reserves the right to terminate Users’ access to the INDmoney App and services at its discretion, without prior notice, should User is in actual or alleged breach these T&Cs. Termination or suspension may also occur for violations of user conduct as defined by INDmoney. Please be advised that INDmoney may retain User registration information, UPI IDs, transaction data, or any other information permitted by regulations or as required by NPCI for the duration specified in such regulations or notifications, even after the termination of User’s UPI Services.
  5. User understands and agrees that INDmoney and INDmoney entities reserve the right to use the services of themselves to provide any of the mentioned INDmoney services to User within INDmoney Platforms.
  6. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts in New Delhi for any matters relating to INDmoney Platform Services.
  7. Nothing contained in these UPI Terms will limit INDmoney or its affiliates in the exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies.

DISCLAIMERS

BY USING THE UPI SERVICES, USER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT INDMONEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, FOR ANY MATTER IN CONNECTION WITH USERS SUBMISSION OF THE UPI PIN TO NPCI OR THE USE OF USERS UPI PIN BY NPCI. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT USER’S UPI PIN IS CREATED AND STORED BY BANK AND USER HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE UPI PIN.

WHEN USER ARE REQUESTING FOR MONEY TRANSFER, USER UPI ID AND UPI PIN WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES TO USE THE UPI SERVICES. USER ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING THEIR MOBILE DEVICE, UPI ID AND UPI PIN SET FOR AVAILING THE UPI SERVICES. USER AGREE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL ACTIVITIES THAT OCCUR UNDER USER’S UPI ID AND UPI PIN USING THE UPI SERVICES. USER SHOULD TAKE ALL NECESSARY STEPS TO ENSURE THAT THE UPI PIN OR ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO USER’S USE OF THE UPI SERVICES, IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND SECURE.

USER USE PAYMENTS AT ITS OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. INDMONEY IS PROVIDING UPI SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUS OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. INDMONEY DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INDMONEY IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR USEFUL, THAT INDMONEY SERVICES WILL BE OPERATIONAL, ERROR FREE, SECURE, OR SAFE, OR THAT PAYMENTS WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS. INDMONEY DO NOT CONTROL, AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, CONTROLLING HOW OR WHEN USERS USE PAYMENTS. INDMONEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO CONTROL THE ACTIONS OR INFORMATION (INCLUDING CONTENT) OF USERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES. USERS RELEASE INDMONEY, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND OUR AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIM, COMPLAINT, CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY, OR DISPUTE (TOGETHER, “CLAIM”) AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY SUCH CLAIM USER MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY THIRD PARTIES.

IN NO EVENT WILL INDMONEY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES LIABILITIES (INCLUDING STATUTORY), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF OTHER ECONOMIC INTERESTS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE INDMONEY’S UPI PAYMENT FACILITY.

USER SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS INDMONEY AND ITS RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, PARENTS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES AND COSTS) RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) USERS ACCESS TO OR USE OF UPI SERVICES, INCLUDING INFORMATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; (B) USERS BREACH OR ALLEGED BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS; OR (C) ANY MISREPRESENTATION MADE BY USER OR (D) BREACH OF PRIVACY POLICY, OTHER POLICIES, OR (E) VIOLATION OF ANY LAW RULES OR REGULATIONS OR THE RIGHTS (INCLUDING INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS) OF A THIRD PARTY.

USER AGREE THAT INDMONEY MAY USE THE UPI TRANSACTION DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF CROSS-SELLING, PROMOTIONS, OFFERS, VALUE-ADDED SERVICES, INCREASING TRANSACTIONS, PROVIDING BETTER USER EXPERIENCE OR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS APPROVED BY NPCI FROM TIME TO TIME.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN OUR UPI SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, AND WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UPI SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, POWER OUTAGES, SYSTEM FAILURES OR OTHER INTERRUPTIONS THAT MAY AFFECT THE RECEIPT, PROCESSING, ACCEPTANCE, COMPLETION OR SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS OR ANY OTHER REASONS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL OF INDMONEY).
