Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Tracking

Vehicle Tracking is a feature (“Feature”) offered by Finzoomers Services Private Limited (“INDmoney”) and these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governs the use of the Feature by You (“the User”). These Terms shall be applicable to all Users who intend to and/or avail the Feature on the INDmoney Platform.

You may begin using the Feature by entering the registration certificate number of your vehicle on Vehicle Tracking feature. With use of this Feature You will inter-alia be able to include the details of your tracked vehicle as part of your overall net-worth on the INDmoney Platform. The Feature is a technology facilitation made available only and with limited intent of offering convenience to Platform User(s).

By availing the Feature, You hereby warrant that:

1. You consent and undertake that You will use the Feature for vehicles lawfully owned by You, i.e., the information of vehicle submitted by You, is owned and is registered in Your name (or in name of your family member, who’s INDmoney Account is linked with your INDmoney Account).
2. You acknowledge and agree that details available on the Platform is only available for information purposes and Your convenience. By no means the Feature must be construed as an RTO service. The Feature is only intended to be used for net worth tracking and the information made available as part of the said Feature cannot be used / relied upon for any other purpose including but not limited to – proof of ownership, certification for value of vehicle, etc.
3. In order to avail the Feature, You hereby grant unconditional and unequivocal consent and authorize INDmoney while acting on Your behalf to make use of Your vehicle registration number or any other vehicle details as submitted by You on the Platform, to retrieve the information in relation to Your motor vehicle or to confirm / verify respective vehicle details via third party websites and applications through use of technological solutions or through third party service providers. You also consent to verify the above details when you access the Feature, and consent to INDmoney requesting certain third parties to provide information about you to further personalize your experience on the Feature and to curate best offers for you to avail various financial products / services via our Platform.
4. You acknowledge and agree that, you shall be allowed to use the Feature only to the extent explicitly permitted by these Terms, and any use of the Feature for any other purpose whatsoever, not permitted by these Terms shall be construed as unauthorized use of the INDmoney Platform (including the Feature).

All information available on the Platform is made available to You on best efforts basis via third party service provider, however, INDmoney does not guarantee nor assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of such information / data. In the event that any information / data is found to be incorrect then You shall inform INDmoney about the same and You may provide the details of the correct information by writing to support@indmoney.com. In case of any inaccurate information about vehicle details uploaded by third party service provider and such inaccurate information is extracted by the User from the Feature, INDmoney bears no liability for inaccuracies stemming from the same. This Feature is for convenience purpose only and INDmoney in no way represents or warrants that information fetched / displayed is factual representation of the information in official registry records, not makes any representation that updating info on INDmoney app amounts to update of information in any official registry records of any authority.

The information provided pertains to vehicles registered in India only. For security and regulatory compliance reasons, adding details of certain registration numbers may not be permissible with the use of the Feature.

You agree and authorize INDmoney to store and share Your details/information (including Your vehicle information) with its affiliates, group entities, partners, and third party service providers in so far as required for offering value-added services, in association with the services provided to You on the Feature or generally otherwise. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

You undertake that You will not engage in any fraudulent, unfair, or unlawful practice in Your use of the Feature. You acknowledge that You are solely responsible for the details uploaded by You on the Feature. The Feature is made available for only limited purpose of networth tracking only. Any illegal or unauthorised use of this information shall be solely attributable to You and INDmoney cannot be made liable for such illegal and unauthorized use of the information.

LIMITED TO THE EXTENT, YOU INTEND TO INCLUDE THE DETAILS OF VEHICLES OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, INDMONEY MAY SEEK ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION FROM YOU FOR THE SAME. YOU GUARANTEE THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO DO SO. YOU AGREE TO UNDERTAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY IF YOU TRACK DETAILS OF VEHICLES THAT DO NOT BELONG TO YOU, INCLUDING LIABILITY FROM THE ACTUAL OWNERS OF SUCH VEHICLES DETAILS OF WHICH ARE TRACKED BY YOU. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INDMONEY AND ITS GROUP ENTITIES SHALL NOT BEAR ANY LIABILITY IN CASE OF ANY INCORRECT VEHICLE DETAILS UPLOADED BY YOU ON THE FEATURE. YOU FURTHER CONSENT THAT INDMONEY AND ITS GROUP ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF DETAILS OF YOUR VEHICLE ARE TRACKED BY ANOTHER PERSON ON THE FEATURE. IN CASE OF SUCH A SITUATION, YOU MAY REACH OUT TO SUPPORT@INDMONEY.COM. NOTHWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, INDMONEY RESERVES ABSOLUTE RIGHTS TO IMMEDIATELY & WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU, MAY REMOVE THE DETAILS OF VEHICLE FROM YOUR INDMONEY ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT DIRECTLY REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR BY AVAILING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICES THROUGH OR ON THE PLATFORM, NO RIGHT (EMPRESS OR IMPLIED) IS GRANTED TO YOU IN RESPECT OF SUCH CONTENT. ANY USER, WHO AVAILS OF THE FEATURE AFTER VISITING OUR PLATFORM, DOES SO SOLELY AT HIS OWN DISCRETION, RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY. INDMONEY DOES NOT MAKE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS NOR GIVES ANY WARRANTY (IMPLIED OR EXPRESS), GUARANTEE OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

INDMONEY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND/CANCEL, OR DISCONTINUE ANY OR ALL SECTIONS, OR SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE YOU AGREE THAT INDMONEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE PLATFORM.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. By using this App, You accede and consent to the jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi, India.

You acknowledge and agree that INDmoney may add or provide additional services not listed above, or can remove / suspend / cancel any or all services / products, listed above without any notice or liability.

By accessing or using the Feature, You agree to have read these terms carefully and consent to utilise the Feature on the INDmoney Platform.

These terms are to be read together with the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on the Platform. In any case the Platform’s Terms and Conditions will supersede these terms.

INDmoney may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
