About GP Petroleums Ltd
The company was originally founded as a private limited in 1983 and was converted to a public limited company in 2004. The company went global in 200304 by starting its export operations and secured approvals from Eicher Motors, Telco, Ashok Leyland, Allison and Railways Development & Standards Organisation. In the next few years, its installed capacity of manufacturing expanded from 40000 KL to 80000 KL per annum. Finally, in 2009, NAF Holdings India Ltd acquired 62.05% of its issued share capital.
