Integrated Capital Services (ICS) Limited is a public company established in 1993, offering Corporate Advisory and Accounting services. In 2015 the company switched to membership of The Institute of Internal Auditors IIA and BTG Global Advisory (a UK company) in order to provide Services in the nature of Insolvency Professional Entity. The company's shares were listed on Delhi Exchange, Jaipur Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange. SEBI withdrew recognition of Delhi Stock Exchange in 2014 and allowed Jaipur Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange to exit as Stock Exchanges in 2015. The company's equity shares were then approved for trading at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in 2015. In 2016 the company redeemed 3000000 7 Cumulative Non Convertible and Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each, and during the year 2017-18, the company issued a Preferred Business Affiliate Agreement with Aurum Equity Partners. In 2017-18, the company also promoted a wholly owned subsidiary named BTG IP Services to provide advice to clients under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The same year the company redeemed 45000 7 Cumulative Non Convertible and Redeemable Preference Shares. In 2018-19, the main objects of the company were changed to render services as an Insolvency Professional Entity IPE in accordance with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. That same year, Deora Associates Private Limited was merged into the company and 24475000 fully paid equity shares of the company were issued to the shareholders of Deora Associates Private Limited. In 2019, the company changed its object to provide management consultancy related services and was renamed to ICSL Consulting Private Limited. During this time, the companys subsidiary Greenway Advisors Private Limited promoted a Company along with Borrelli Walsh Limited of Hong Kong to render services. Greenway Advisors Private Limited holds 20% share capital of Borrelli Walsh India Private Limited.
