Normal Market Hours for NSE Commodity Derivatives (9:00 AM - 11:30 PM)

  • NSE offers extended trading hours for commodity derivatives (Monday to Friday), providing greater flexibility for investors. 
  • This extended session (9:00 AM - 11:30 PM) allows you to trade commodity derivatives throughout a large part of the day, potentially aligning your trading strategies with global market movements.

Muhurat Trading

Muhurat Trading is a special trading session conducted by NSE on Diwali. It is taken as an auspicious trading hour to start a new investment journey or to buy equities for long-term investment. The NSE announces hours for Muhurat trading in advance. Muhurat trading will be done on 21st October 2025 (Diwali). The trading timings for Muhurat trading will be announced by NSE later.
