The name further was changed to Kabra Jewels Private Limited dated June 28 2012 vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC Gujarat. The Company status got changed to Public Limited Company and the name was reflected as Kabra Jewels Limited dated August 05 2024.
