Omnipotent Industries Limited was incorporated in 2016 as a Private Limited Company and was later converted to a Public Limited Company on August 21st, 2021. Mr. Punit K. Popat is the Promoter of the Company. It is engaged in the business of supplying bulk and packed bitumen, as well as other bituminous products. Additionally, the Company has ventured into trading of plastic polymers in July 2021. It has set up a Bitumen Decanter Plant for melting bitumen, which is purchased in drums. It has also collaborated with various importers, manufacturers, transporters, etc. to gain cost advantage as well as to ensure the supply of materials in case of urgent orders from customers. Apart from this, the Company also provides consultancy services for setting up of plants for Bitumen and Bituminous products. It is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified for the trading and processing of Petroleum and Petrochemical products. Bitumen is widely used in the construction of roads, highways, and making roofing products. It is also used as an adhesive substance in production of binders.
