About Sahana Systems Ltd

Sahana Systems Ltd is a Private Company converted to a Public Company in 2022, providing IT related services like web app development, mobile app development, AI-ML development, ChatBot development, product prototyping, graphics designing, UI/UX design, SEO-ASO, digital marketing, website/application migration, cyber security and outsourcing of IT services. It also trades in hardware instruments like Franking Machines, Computers, LED and Laptops and acts as the link between the IT manufacturers/developers and end users and other resellers. It was originally formed as a Partnership Firm by Promoter Pratik Kakadia, along with his mother Shardaben Kakadia in 2012, and converted into a Private Company and then into a Public Company in 2020 and 2022 respectively. The Company’s strategic plan focuses on expanding its portfolio and raising capital for funding its projects by issuing 2500000 Equity Shares straddling expansion in different industry segments such as healthcare, surveillance, retail, education/e learning, restaurants, banking, media, entertainment and fintech.
