Samor Reality Ltd. is an Ahmedabad-based construction and real estate development company, focused mainly on residential and commercial complex construction projects in and around Gujarat. Originally established as a Partnership Firm in 2014, the company was converted into a public limited company in 2020. Samor Reality is engaged in trading building and construction materials including TMT bars, HR Sheets and other products, as well as selling real estate apartment units. The residential products are marketed under the brand name Samor, such as Samor Heights, and consist of various sizes of accommodation, equipped with amenities such as security systems, sports and recreational facilities, electricity backup and more. The company has successfully completed the 11-floor Samor Heights project, comprising of 10 shops and 187 residential flat units. Additionally, the company has received a Commencement Certificate from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for another residential project called The Gold Sky Villa. Approaching projects with a research-based approach, the company alters development mix and product design according to consumer preferences and competition in the market. In 2021, a partnership with Mr. Jigar Kirtibhai Patel and Mr. Devam Bhupeshbhai Patel was established to form Samor Motherland LLP, and the company holds 60% profitsharing in the LLP, making it a subsidiary of the company.
