Surya India Ltd. is an Indian company that was incorporated on 31st January 1985 and specializes in providing financial services. Since its establishment, the company has granted loans and advances, invested in quoted and unquoted shares, and rented out immovable property. Along with this, since FY2014-15, 5 sister companies Haldiram Exports Pvt. Ltd., Coral Products Pvt. Ltd., Crest Developers Pvt. Ltd., Haldiram Trading Pvt. Ltd., HR Lifecare Pvt Ltd., and HRB Softech Pvt. Ltd., were subsequently merged with the parent company. Subsequently, in July 2015, 6,985,832 equity shares were directly listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, and have since stopped its listing on other exchanges such as the Delhi Stock Exchange and U P Stock Exchange.

The company had two associates during its FY2016, namely M/s Haldiram Marketing Private Limited and M/s Adhunik Realators Private Limited. During the year 2018-19, special resolution was passed approving granting of loans for business purposes upto Rs.100 Crores to the Haldiram Snacks Private Limited. In January 2019, Adhunik Realators Private Limited was merged into Haldiram Products Private Limited with a sole appointed date of 1st April 2017. Ultimately, Surya India Ltd. has become a leading company providing financial services and renting out immovable property since its establishment.
