In 2017, Vasa Retail was converted from a partnership firm to a public limited company. The company deals with stationery products used in schools and offices, paper pulp, and bag fabric. It also has exclusive license agreements with Oxford Limited to promote and market stationery products under the University of Oxford brand in 26 countries, including India. Vasa retailer also markets its products under the VASTA brand, and supplies copier paper under the Trion brand in the Middle East market.
