During 2008-09, 3i Infotech acquired 100% stakes in various companies in India, USA and UK, and set up partnerships with ICICI Lombard, Bharti Airtel and Max New York Life. In 2009 they launched ISERV, a rural retail initiative, and eMudhra to empower Indian consumers with digital signatures.
