Aspira Pathlab Diagnostics Limited is a public limited company established in July 03rd 1973, specializing in pathology investigation services, radiology investigation services and other related healthcare services at their Diagnostic Centres in Mumbai. The Company increased its paid-up capital from 5193000 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each to 136930000 divided into 8193000 equity shares and 5500000 Non-Cumulative Non-convertible Non-Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/ each during 2018-19 and got its delisting approval from Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited and Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited on 12th April 2018 and 15th October 2018 respectively. During the year 2016, they acquired the running business of Ankur Pathology Laboratory and issued 2943000 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each for Rs. 17/ per share, including a share premium of Rs. 7/ per share on a preferential basis to promoters.
