Bodhtree Consulting Limited is a global IT and ITES provider that was incorporated in 1982 and based in India. It specializes in Cloud CRM, Analytics and providing solutions to a range of companies and SMEs. To meet the working capital requirements, strengthen liquidity, and support future expansion activities, in 2015 Bodhtree raised Rs. 9.763 Crores through a preferential offer of 0.001 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares of Rs 10 each, resulting in a subsequent increase of their issued, subscribed and paid-up capital from Rs. 175461670 to Rs. 205971050. In addition, in 2016 they incorporated a 100% wholly owned subsidiary company to enter the global market for staff augmentation and related services. Furthermore, they hold a 20% share in two other companies - M/s. Learnsmart India Private Limited, and M/s. Pressmart Media Limited. Finally, in the financial years 2015-16 and 2017-18, Bodhtree converted 625000 and 2425938 0.001 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares into 500000 and 1912069 fully paid-up equity shares respectively, resulting in a change in paid-up share capital from Rs. 205971050 to Rs. 199582360.
