Furthermore, its services take advantage of the latest technology such as Cloud Analytics, Blockchain and Cyber Security. In 2021, the Company underwent a Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Infibeam Avenues Limited, Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited, DRC Systems India Limited, and NSI Infinium Global Limited, resulting in the transfer and vesting of Theme Park & Event Software. During the 2021-22 period, DRC Systems invested and acquired a 2.3 stake in AutoDAP B.V., entered into a contract with EMAR Group, developed a blockchain-based wallet, and setup a wholly-owned subsidiary, WOS DRC Systems EMEA LLCFZ in Dubai to strategically target the existing customers. Additionally, Shareholders of the Company have approved the Split/Subdivision of each Equity Share of the Company with a Face Value of Rs. 10 per Share to Rs. 1 per Share. The Company also established a new workstation in Ahmedabad to accommodate future work needs.
