Futuristic Solutions Ltd is a public limited company that was incorporated in 1983 as Moral Leasing Pvt Ltd. This leasing business was converted to public limited and the name was changed to Moral Leasing Ltd. In 1987, the present management took over the company and in 1993, they put the concept of providing futuristic solutions for arbitration cases into practice. The company then shifted to securitization and asset reconstruction and in 2002, the company was renamed Futuristic Solutions Ltd. For the past 17 years, the company has acquired non-performing assets such as distressed asset and unsettled claims of Government of Punjab from court auction and other sources. They have a network of professionals who help them generate business operations and market it to interested buyers at premium. They have applied to RBI for Asset Reconstruction Company Registration and are hopeful of getting approval in the current year.
