The Company is a diversified financial services company in India carrying out the business of management of fund raising activities investment advisory underwriting of issues manager consultant or adviser to any issue including corporate advisory services and as consultant or adviser. The Company is registered as SEBI CategoryI Merchant Banker having Registration Code INM000012519. The Companys motto is to achieve excellence across a range of financial services like: Advisory in IPO Merger Acquisitions Debt Syndications Takeovers Valuations Strategic General Corporate Advice and Business Modeling etc. The Company is primarily focused on providing such services to small and midsized enterprises SMEs. Currently the Company has a team of competent individuals and qualified professionals having relevant industry experience. Seven Hills is presently engaged in the business of manufacturing of packaged drinking water. Instant Finserve is presently engaged in financial consultancy and debt finance related businesses. Palwe Pest Control is engaged in the business of providing pest control related products and services. The Company is managed by its Promoter Director Mr. Vipul Lathi a Chartered Accountant by profession having vast experience in financial services and infrastructure financing. The Companys objective is to meet the need of professional advice and consultancy primarily to SMEs and Startups looking to access growth capital and expand their business horizons. The Investment Banking arm helps small and mid size enterprises raise equity and structured debt domestic as well as foreign funding.
