Indo Thai Securities Limited was established in 1995 and is the flagship company for the Indo Thai Group located in Indore, India. With a Registered Office in Indore, Indo Thai performs services in Equity, Derivative, Currency and Debt Broking, Mututal Funds Distribution, Dematerialization, Rematerialization, Settlement of trades through Market and Off Market transfers as a Central Depository Services India Limited (CDSL) Depository Participant. The company provides professional and personalized services to clients with investment objectives, risk appetite and has produced an loyal 7,200 clients in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra.

The company has a long history of success, having obtained corporate membership of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, SEBI registration as a Trading Member in the Cash and Derivative Market Segments of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, as well as registration as a Mutual Fund Advisor with AMFI, Depository Participant with CDSL and as a Multiple Member with Bombay Stock Exchange. As of April 2008, the company was successfully registered as a Trading Member in the Currency Derivative Segment of MCX Stock Exchange Ltd., and in September 2010 was registered as a Trading Member in the Derivative Segment of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.

In 2011, the company completed an Initial Public Offer which was hugely oversubscribed raising the total of Rs. 296,000,000/. In 2013, Indo Thai Realties Limited was incorporated as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary and in 2017, an IFSC Company was added as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. During 2017 the Asset under Mutual Fund Distribution Business of the company increased by 27.78 crore, however, the company closed 2 of its branches in 2015 and 2016.

At the end of 2018, the company had changed their Futures and Options Segment clearing member to Edelweiss Custodial Services Limited and predicted growth within the International Financial Market as a result of their Wholly Owned Subsidiary.
