Integrated Personnel Services Limited (IPS), was originally incorporated in January 2004 and converted into a public limited company in August 2018. It provides extensive human resource (HR) solutions including Staffing Services, Temporary Recruitment, Permanent Recruitment, Payroll Processing, Outsourcing, Regulatory Compliance Service, Vocational Training/Education, and Assessments. It primarily focuses on the hospitality, engineering, energy, IT, and telecommunication sectors, and has acquired Vantage Tech HR Services in 2012. IPS has a strong marketing plan, and has consolidated their business and growth strategies, bringing most of their operations and processes on a digital platform. Their services include recruitment, tie-ups with trade centers, an in-house technical board, and providing manpower to project-related companies on a contractual basis. They raised Rs. 12.74 crores through a public issue in November 2022. IPS is a comprehensive HR solution provider focused on employing middle-level and top-level professionals, offering an economical solution tailored to the requirements of their clients.
