The business offers electricity generation, leasing, hire purchase finance, real estate investments and share and security dealing. It is a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India Kolkata and is not currently accepting public deposits. It is managed by a board of directors with various backgrounds and expertise and has over the years become renowned for its high standards of integrity, fair business practices and efficient and safe financial policies.
