About Kings Infra Ventures Ltd

Kings Infra Ventures Limited is a public limited company established in 1987, focused on land banking and infrastructure development for integrated life spaces, hospitality, healthcare, education, clean energy, and aquaculture & seafood. In 2017, Rs. 1118170 was spent by the company for Travel and Lodging services. During the year 2016-17 94,200,000 allotment of shares, taking the Paid-up Capital of the company to Rs. 23,512,25,000, were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The board of Directors also forfeited Rs. 3950000 due to non-conversion of 1580000 warrants into equity shares. In 2017, approval of the Reclassification of Promoters was given and two shareholders were allowed to make share transfers. In the Financial Year 17-18, Kings Infra Ventures Limited entered a processing agreement and a Business Takeover Agreement worth Rs. 5 crore and Rs. 3.5 crore respectively. Subject to the shareholders' approval in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28th March 2018.
