About Melstar Information Technologies Ltd

Melstar Information Technologies (MITL) was established in August 1986 as a private limited company in India and was later converted to a public limited company in 1994. It offers a range of services in the IT industry, such as consultancy, software development, enterprise solutions, outsourcing, facility management, and e-commerce. MITL is further expanding its software development divisions in India and abroad. In addition, it also owns multiple subsidiaries in the US and UK, and intends to amalgamate them for better integration and restructuring. The company was awarded the SE/CMMI Level III certificate in April 2001 and has made plans to close down its non-operative subsidiaries in UK and Germany. All these measures are aimed for enhancing its global presence and getting a competitive edge in the IT sector.
