The Company was incorporated as Bhartia Bachat Limited on 5th April 1982 under the Companies Act 1956 in the State of West Bengal obtained its certificate of Commencement for Business pursuant to the Companies Act 1956 from the Registrar of Companies West Bengal vide certificate dated 14th May 1982. Since from incorporation working as NBFC Company and mainly deals in investment in shares securities.In the year 200607 M/s. Frisky Tracom Private Limited and M/s. Prerana Vinimoy Private Limited merged with Bhartia Bachat Ltd.Pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Frisly Tracom Private Limited and Prerana Vinimoy Pvt. Limited with Bhartia Bachat Limited the company received its listing approval of 15967600 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each issued on 7th August 2014. The company further received listing approval of 16207600 equity shares of Rs 10./ each on 29 June 2020 from BSEL Limited..
