The company has an IT development team to work on various technologies, a wide distribution network and an efficient logistics department to provide global transit solutions. In 2011, RCSL was given the opportunity to cater to a leading telecom operator in 3 circles, giving the company its first major development. Cut to 2018, RCSL have become one of the most successful business partners in the telecommunication, banking and financial sectors across India. With the addition of services such as record management, collection services and more, the company holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and CMMi Level 3 certification.
