About Sellwin Traders Ltd

Sellwin Traders Limited (STL) was incorporated on 29th September 1980 as a Public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 in the State of West Bengal. STL’s main object is to carry on the business of traders, exporters, agents, representatives, dealers, producers, stockiest, importers, distributors of various industrial, commercial, agricultural, scientific, household, domestic, farm, and forest products and goods; such as tea, coffee, jute goods, textiles, cotton yarn, woolen goods, handicrafts, ornaments, steel, plastic, rubber, chemicals, engineering goods, minerals, electronic, musical, and sports goods, clothing, vehicles, food products, live stocks, books, reading and educative materials, paper and paper products. The Company applied to The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd (CSE) for voluntary delisting of equity shares on 22 February 2018, which was approved and delisted from Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd (CSE) with effect from 23 February 2018.
