Shalimar will benefit from SCPL's expertise in these areas, while SCPL will gain from the access it would acquire to Shalimar’s network of over 350 dealers and 3,000 distributors in India. The acquisition will help both companies thrive and capitalize on each other’s robust infrastructure and expertise. The joint network of the two companies combined would reach over 10,000 customers across the country, helping expand the reach of both organizations. This would create an opportunity for both companies to expand their operations and realize their respective goals and objectives.
