B14.00691 since May 19, 2014. The company’s core business activities include loans and advances, acquisition and underwrite of shares/stock/bonds/debentures/securities, leasing and hire-purchase, providing consultancies and assistance of conversion of shares and debentures, and to act as share transfer agents. Moreover, it involves in real estate activities such as holding, building, contract, managing, leasing, allotment, developing, and exchange of rent, and freehold properties. Lastly, the company does not include in its operations any agricultural or industrial activity.
