About Sofcom Systems Ltd

SSL was established on 9th June 1995 by Kishore Mehta and Ashok Mehta, to provide consultancy for software development targeting the distribution, banking, telecommunication and manufacturing sectors. It also aims to provide software maintenance, re-engineering and downsizing services in these market segments. In order to part-finance its projects, the company launched a public issue of 3,190,000 equity shares at par, amounting to Rs. 3.19 crore. With a focus on turnkey projects and application softwares, alongwith the utilization of three delivery modes such as onsite services, India-based services, and virtual services, SSL hopes to provide a higher end and technologically intensive range of software development services. Additionally, an MOU has been signed with M/s. Krislon System Sciences Pvt. Ltd. for opening up a computer training institute at Jaipur with license from Informatics Holding Ltd, Singapore.
