Founded by a business family that has been operating for over 50 years, the company is based in Chitradurga, a historic town in Karnataka state, located 198 km away from Bangalore on the NH4 highway. This ideal location in the cotton growing belt grants the mill access to a prominent cotton market centre and significant trading opportunities. The firm has been listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange since 1995 and sits on a 4-acre plot of land.
