Sumaka Agro Industries Limited, founded in 1989, has been engaged in a wide variety of businesses, from dry fruits trading and retailing to educational books training and consulting services. To become compliant with the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015, it entered into a fresh listing agreement with BSE Limited in February of 2015. In 2016, it diversified its business into the agro-based industry and sought approval from the Registrar of Companies for a name change, which was granted in July of 2016. In 2017, the company acquired the SI AM A AS Trade Mark through an Assignment Deed for a consideration sum of 15,000 as well as listed Equity Shares on Vadodara Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange. Following changes in regulations by SEBI, these shares ceased to be traded in November 2015 and April 2018, respectively, and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange voluntarily surrendered their license in July of 2014. The main object of the company was changed and approved by shareholders in September of 2016.
