About Yash Trading & Finance Ltd

Yash Trading and Finance Limited is an Indian company based in Mumbai, India and was incorporated as a public limited company on July 9th, 1984. With the primary aim of dealing in shares and securities transactions, the company was promoted by Bharat Bagri, Suresh Ahiya and Sarla Bagri, and was later acquired Pradeep Kumar Sethy. Yash Trading and Finance Limited had its public issue in January 1986 and were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Additionally, the company was a dealer registered with OTCEI from 1993 until 2008, when it was surrendered.
