About BAMPSL Securities Ltd

Bampsl Securities Limited, based in India, is a non-deposit taking NBFC whose primary operations relate to the trading and investment of shares and securities. It is registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and has been in operation since 1995. Originally founded by five people, the only current promoter is Mr. Bhisham Kumar Gupta, who has over 22 years of experience in the securities market. BAMPSL also trades and invests in the cash segment of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and makes financial loans and investments. It conducted its first public offering in 1996, and gained listings in the Bombay Stock Exchange, Jaipur Stock Exchange, and Delhi Stock Exchange. Finally, it was issued certification by RBI in 1998, confirming its status as a non-deposit accepting NBFC.
