HTMT Global Solutions Ltd is one of the world’s largest transnational business conglomerates, providing IT enabled services internationally. They offer professional IT staffing, claims processing, call center, software development and consulting services, as well as customer relationship management integration and market research. With 20 global delivery centres across US, Canada, Mauritius, Philippines, India, and more, they are a leader among ITES-BPO services. Established in 1995 as Tele Video Communications India Pvt. Ltd, the company was converted to a public company in 2006 and expanded their services and footprint across the globe. They are ranked no. 2 in the Best Performing Call Center Firms Worldwide and have 55 delivery centres across 11 countries. In 2018 they completed a scheme of amalgamation and in 2020 a sale of India Domestic Customer Relationship Management business. On January 6 2022, they completed the divestment of their healthcare services to an investor and in February 25, 2022 acquired Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions Pty Ltd. Australia. With ongoing expansion and excellent services, HTMT Global Solutions Ltd has made a name for themselves in the ITES-BPO sector.
