Founded in 1988, the company has grown in presence to become a leader in the Tyre Bead Wire business in India, delivering globally. During the year 2016-17, Rajratan Global Wire Company Limited acquired all the shares of M/s Cee Cee Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Additionally, Cee Cee Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd was merged to the holding company. Moreover, the company divested its entire stake in the Swaraj Technocrafts Pvt. Ltd making it no longer a subsidiary. This demonstrates the culture of excellence achieved by the company over the years, making it the leading choice for reliable and high-quality Tyre Bead Wire.
