eClerx Services Limited provides critical business operations services to many of the world's leading companies across numerous industries. With expansive capabilities in business process management, change management, advanced analytics, and smart automation, eClerx Services has achieved significant growth since its original incorporation in 2000. Their revenue growth breaking Rs. 2500 million for the first time in FY 2010 has been propelled by expansion of services and clientele across the globe, diversifying its currency concentration, and acquisitions of companies including eClerx Private Limited in Singapore, Agilyst Inc in the US and CLX Europe S.P.A in Italy. On July 28 2010, the company also issued Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:2 to shareholders, while acquiring Agilyst Inc in 2012 for an upfront payment of US$ 15.75 million and a variable earn out for performance. They also implemented buyback of equity shares for Rs. 40.50 crore and gave bonus equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders in 2015. Additionally, setting up a subsidiary in Canada and onshore delivery center in the US, launching nine new products, and investing in Artificial Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence have all propelled growth. Currently, eClerx has 16 subsidiaries and 1 associate company with a total capacity of 9000+ seats operating at 77% capacity. With the company continuing to demonstrate growth by strengthening its capabilities, investing in technology, and increasing global capabilities, it is expected to see them achieve greater success in the future.
