The name of Company was changed to SignatureGlobal India Private Limited for undertaking real estate activities on January 6 2014 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 20 2014 was issued by the RoC. Thereafter the Company converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to SignatureGlobal India Limitedthrough fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 10 2022 consequent upon Change of Name and upon Conversion to a Public Limited Company granted by the RoC.The Company is the largest real estate development company in the National Capital Region of Delhi focused on affordable and mid segment housing in terms of units supplied between 2019 and 2021 with a market share of 19. The Company is also largest real estate developer in the Gurugram and Sohna region with a market share of 49 of the total supply of units developed. It provide value homes with attractive designs and amenities. Their projects under the Affordable Housing Policy AHP typically priced below Rs 3 million per unit includes amenities such as recreational areas gardens open spaces and community halls.
