Dividend Alert: Varun Beverages Fixes Record Date For Final Dividend Of FY25
Varun Beverages Limited, the manufacturer of Pepsi bottles, on Tuesday announced that the board has fixed Friday, April 04, 2025 as the record date for the final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The company had declared the final dividend on February 10, 2025 for the financial year. The payment of the final dividend will be completed on and from Monday, April 07, 2025 to those shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company or in the list of beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on Friday, April 04, 2025. The final dividend is subject to the approval of equity shareholders of the Company at their 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled on Thursday, April 03, 2025. Varun Beverages has market cap of Rs 1.78 lakh crore, and is part of BSE 100. On 12th September 2024, Varun Beverages executed a stock split, reducing the face value from Rs.5/- to Rs.2/-.
